You get three tries: after the first miss you see the category, after the second the letter pattern and the first letter. + joins sounds, ← reads the word before it backwards, a struck letter is dropped, ×2 doubles the tile. Spelling and "the" do not matter. Up to 300 for the guess plus a speed bonus of 100 that melts over 90 seconds. Everyone gets the same riddle each day; practice is endless and random.
